Delta County Federal Credit Union has the capability to initiate same-day electronic funds transfers to any permitted recipient with an account at a domestic or foreign financial institution. In order to initiate an outgoing wire transfer simply provide valid routing instructions to any Member Services Representative (MSR). Routing instructions include: Receiving financial institution name, physical address, phone number and ABA/Routing Number, along with the name, physical address and account number of the recipient.

The Credit Union has daily cut off times for wire transfer requests. Cut off times are as follows:

  • Transmittal of domestic wire transfer: Order must be received by 3pm.
  • Transmittal of international wire transfer: Order must be received by 2pm.
  • Incoming wire transfers: Funds must arrive by 4pm to be posted on the same business day.

Keep in mind that funds sent via wire cannot be recalled or stopped once sent. Funds received via wire are considered "collected funds" and will be immediately available for access.
