Our Bill Pay Service is a convenient way to pay bills. Payments can be setup to pay any company or individual as a “one time” or “recurring” payment.
Bill Pay users have 24-hour support through a toll-free phone number and a “chat” feature within the Bill Pay program. In addition, there are instructive video tutorials available.
To sign up for the Bill Pay Service simply log into Online Banking or Mobile Banking services, click on the “Bill Pay” tab, and follow the instructions.
- “Pay-a-Person” – Pay any individual as long as you have a cell phone number or email address for the recipient. These payments are not immediate and may take up to two business days to arrive.
- “Transfer Service” - This service allows an ACH Direct Deposit into an account at any domestic financial institution, so long as you can provide the recipient’s account number and the routing number of the receiving financial institution.
- “Express Pay” – This option has a fee, however, will expedite delivery of a payment to help avoid late payments and penalties.
- “Gift Pay” & “Donation” – Allows you to send a gift check along with a card to any recipient. The Donation feature also allows you to make a donation to any charity. Both features have fees associated with the service.
